RATES FOR THE 2019 SUMMER

1-BEDROOM HOUSE

$750 PER WEEK (SATURDAY TO SATURDAY) WITH A $100 CLEANING FEE.  A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $200 (WE HOLD THE CHECK)  IS ALSO REQUIRED.

OUR ONE BEDROOM HOUSE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS 2

SUMMER BEGINS MAY 25, 2019.  YOU MAY ONLY BOOK ON A WEEKLY BASIS DURING THE SUMMER

IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN BOOKING PRIOR TO SUMMER, THE  RATE IS $135 PER NIGHT WITH A $50 CLEANING FEE.

WHOLE HOUSE 

THE 3-BEDROOM AND 1-BEDROOM HOUSE cost is 

$2200 PER WEEK (SATURDAY TO SATURDAY)

WITH $150 CLEANING FEE AND $200 SECURITY

DEPOSIT.

OUR ONE BEDROOM LAKEFRONT HOUSE - 

OUR ONE BEDROOM COZY LAKEFRONT HOME 

As noted earlier in the 3-Bedroom section of this web site, our Vermilion cottage is a duplex.  

The one-bedroom side of our cottage is a mirror image of the 3-bedroom side - but we have combined two smaller bedrooms into a single large bedroom for the one-bedroom side.  

Like the three-bedroom side, our 1 Bedroom home is cozy, clean and charming.  It is close to everything, and is a perfect getaway for either a single person or couple wanting to spend a week on Lake Erie.  

​Our one bedroom side can accommodate up to two people.  It is a wonderful get away retreat.
